To stay within this window, we recommend initiating the return process as soon as possible if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.

- It must be in its original, unopened packaging to ensure safety and hygiene.

Exchange Request
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, and would like to receive a replacement instead, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Make sure to include clear images as proof of the issue. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement of the same item as soon as possible.
Return Shipping Instructions
To return your product:
- Mail it to our returns address.
- You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. These are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking proof.
